Hi Bev, can you post the recipe for pulled pork please, sounds pretty scrummy.

We are having a very anaemic pale dinner tonight, chicken rolled up with ham and cheese in it, sweetcorn and potato croquettes that haven`t gone golden brown, all in all bit of a disaster. {rofwl} {rofwl}

That sounds delicious Mr Spoony!

The pork was great, had it in pitta breads. Have done slow cooked pork/lamb loads of time but this was the first time I did a dry rub then a wet bbq sauce. The sauce needed a bit more zing in my opinion but was still very tasty.

That's pretty much the recipe I used for the pulled pork, though we haven't got any red wine vinegar, so I used white wine vinegar :-D

Also just bunged it all in the slow cooker :-D

Mrs Spoonie makes a toptastic pulled pork, and it's SW recipe... I shall have to get her to make another one again soon.

Tonight we are having noodles, Not sure what with yet, I might do them in soup or I might do a chow mein, but noodles will feature.

I did chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb cream cheese and wrapped in streaky bacon (meant to be pancetta but to expensive) broccoli carrots and new potatoes. Was scrummy but too rich for my tum.
Tonight I am putting some mashed potato on top of left over bolognaise for Natalie and partner and I am just going to have a sandwich (exciting NOT)

This evening we are having a fish pie, made with bassa fillets, salmon and prawns. They will go into a nice thick creamy sauce and be topped with crushed new potatoes.
Potatoes are from the allotment as are the baby carrots and French beans that will be served with it.
For pud we will have a fresh fruit salad with crème freche.

Something quick for us tonight im thinkig tomato soup with a slice of cheese on toast to dip in.
Im not a soup fan but this is yummy as it contains my weakness cheese.

I also use compbells condensed mushroom to make garlic mushshrooms for pasta or to dip crusty bread in or as a sauce for pork chops or chicken )eat( Lindaxx
