Hogs pudding.
Hogs pudding.I am being given a load of hogs pudding (scrummy) by my daughter who lives in Devon and wondered if anyone has any recipes for using it apart from frying it. I really do love it fried with bacon and egg but as there is going to be quite a bit thinking that ther may be other ways to use it.
Many thanks for any recipes.

Re: Hogs pudding.sorry, its a type of sausage about the same size as black pudding and is generally found in Devon/Cornwall. I have only ever found it twice up here in Sussex, as Lucy said, its pretty scrummy sliced and fried.
Will post a picture tomorrow when they get here, think she is also bringing some pasties.
