Jan mad the stuffing for the turkey tonight, she keeps old stale bread to make
breadcrumbs with, she mixes that with lots of sage from the garden and 2 large red
onions, chopped chestnuts and sausagemeat from the local co-op
She say's it's best to do it the night before so as all the flavours can mingle and
intensify, just another one of those reasons why I married her!
