National Yorkshire Pudding Day !!

Post by Richard »

Apparently since it was started (probably by a famous 'Aunt' Manufacturer!!) in 2008, the first Sunday in February is now National Yorkshire Pudding Day.

So I hope you are all busy mixing those eggs like fury and loading yourself up at lunchtime :-D

I won't, only found out about this yesterday and I had Yorkshire Pudding on Friday.

We are actually having roast pork today and I normally make the Yorkshire puds with beef. Any excuse though. )t'
