Anyone make Kefir?Anyone make Kefir?Hi - i just got myself some grains from freecycle three days ago. The results so far are really yummy! Wondering if anyone does this and what you can make with any extra kefir? I imagine these little goodies will multiply greatly once they really get going.
Re: Anyone make Kefir?I used to ....haven't for a while now...you can use them in smoothies, pancakes, cheese and yogurt...you can feed it to the chickens and if all else fails freeze it
