Anyone make Kefir?

Post by tortzblue »

Hi - i just got myself some grains from freecycle three days ago. The results so far are really yummy! Wondering if anyone does this and what you can make with any extra kefir? I imagine these little goodies will multiply greatly once they really get going.

Didn't even know it existed before today! But does sound interesting. I am into anything that involves fermentation, beer, sourdough, etc. May consider giving this a go :-D
