I looked on the website, there is a chart to identify 18 butterflies - except 1 is a moth. Do they want moths or just butterflies, or butterflies and daytime moths (there was a huge moth flapping against the window last night).

Not sure Mo.

Main differnece between them is the way they sit, butterfly wings up, moth wings down, most cases anyway.

I've photographed around 15 varieties of both in my garden over the last few weeks.
Main visitors are Small Tortoiseshell, Red Admiral, Comma and Whites.

I found a tortoiseshell on the hall carpet yesterday. Opens the front door over it and away it flew.
