I only use it in the Winter.

At present the only thing working which is sad - is me.

But seriously, as we say: did you feel any benefits from it during the long, dark winter days?

Or, like with the flu jab, is it impossible to know how you would have been if you hadn't used it (I think that makes some sort of sense). >coc<
