Well I have been out and got the stuff for a pudding.....and a cake! Havent made a cake for ages, but my daughter sort of requested one. Think it would have been much cheaper to buy one though }hairout{

I have also bought small oranges, and they were sliced and laid out for drying before I even took my boots off! :-D

I do love a nice Stollen and have always bought one. Some years they are gorgeous, other years they are very dry so it's always a bit hit and miss.

I may actually try to make my own this year, it can't be too hard can it :-D

Enriched dough, bung in some fruit and marzipan, job done, or not {rofwl}
