Santa Sleigh

Post by Mercedes »

I just finished this chocolate santa's sleigh with 2 reindeers. It took 900g of chocolate and I've filled the sleigh with various chocolates and sweets. Not had any experience of tempering chocolate and working with moulds, so in all quite pleased with it.

Don't know if I mentioned before that I started doing a Cake Decorating course at college back in September, which for someone like me who often has trouble just getting out of the house has been a huge achievement :-D

Brilliant work Lynn. You really do have an artistic flair when it comes to cake making. Tempering chocolate is taking it a step further and is quite a specialist skill.
I know you will love the course so look forward to more pics. )x6(
