Well look at my gorgeous Valentina !

Image

This dear little soul who had completely turned off. Sat and look at the wall with all her deflated body language.
Here she is out, off site, with Jasper another rescue. With two members of staff. She now has a proud demeanour her head is up, as is her wagging tail. What an absolute delight she is.
She really doesn't need me. But I still see her daily.
So pleased for her. She has had two serious enquires, so we will get her rehomed, eventually.

Wendy she is beautiful and looks a different dog. Fingers crossed she is soon rehomed and carries on getting the love and care that has made her the lovely dog she has become. You must get such a satisfied feeling when you see her now as most of it is down to you. {hug}

She really does look to have turned a corner, brilliant. XXX

Can I just ask, why does there seem to be two red leads attached to the collar? Maybe it is obvious to some, but not to me. LOL

Ha ha Gwen. It is one long 6ft training lead. That has been clipped over to make it smaller.

I would truly be a dumb blonde if I had blonde hair.

Clare does that with Teddy and a lead line from the horses. Mutters to myself, should have known better...............

How wonderful to see her like this. It must give you a great feeling of satisfaction to see a dog that you have helped so much becoming a happy accepting dog. Lovely to see!!

She looks fantastic Wendy, and an absolute credit to you. Is there any sign of a home for her yet?

Yes I am so proud of how she has come along.
Sadly people choose their dogs the way they choose their partners in life. Hair colour and conformation !.
Tilly was a beautiful GSD so if you wanted one, you would want her. Sammy is uniquely handsome. But little Valentina is just a 'mongrel'. She will get someone I am sure of that and now she is happy, kennels aren't the trial they were to start with.

This dog amazes me.
Look at her yesterday with Michelle, who works at the NAWT. I cannot believe the confidence she has now. From that shy little soul, who just sat looking at the wall.
I gave her the wings. But my how she is flying, bless her.
Love this little dog. She so deserves to be in a home and not in a rescue kennel.
