after pickling some eggs
whats the shelf life
shop bought ones seem to have months
is that the same for home pickled ones?

i just put mine in vinagar
first attempt
what sort of things can you add to the vinagar
i suppose chillies and things like that

you can use spices and just cider vinegar or google for recipes,its a great way of using spare eggs!

i only asked because after eating an egg on tuesday
i have had the shi^%

sorry to hear of your predicament,it could have been the strength of the vinegar!I did the same as you when first pickling and found the eggs a bit sharp!This would cause an upset tum!OR,as you surmise,it might of been the hot dog..........?

Are you sure you pickled the right thing out of your fridge? Was it hot dogs or dogs ......?
