Post by Barkingharper »

Morning!
Yesterday I noticed a lump on my kitten's face. Took her to the vets, had it lanced (it was an abcess) , gave lots of extra tlc in the evening and what does she do this morning? Poo and wee on my bed. {mr.angry} Bless her.

Yes. Nice job for you - and hard to get the smell of cat wee out of duvets.

Oh dear.

About two years ago I put Big Ron in the Basket and drove off to the Vets. About half way there the Abyss burst.

The whiff yike*

Yours is obviously clearing herself out. Poor lassie !

She did it again! Thankfully not on the duvet, up by the pillows (I knew there was a reason not to make my bed in the mornings and I'd just slug the duvet back!) I've got a 'mattress protector (if that's the English word) so I can just whip everything off and wash it thank goodness. Someone said she may be miffed with me for having taken her to the vets. Piercing that abscess may have been quite painfull plus, going by all the howling, the trip there and back wasn't appreciated. She's only four months old bless her, but maybe she's getting her own back!
I've been playing with her on that area of the bed so she can associate the area with play and not stress (ref internet).
I don't have a door on my room to close or ofcourse I'd do that.
Have a lovely day!
Chrissie
