well, I dont think I am.

I have had this 'need' for pickled beetroot sandwiches lately. Anyone else tried them, or am I on my own on this one?

How funny? I had a beetroot sandwich for lunch just yesterday; pickled beetroot from the garden on home-made bread.

Love cheese and pickled beetroot sandwiches :-D

We quite often have pickled beetroot sandwiches. If we're feeling 'posh' it's lovely with tinned salmon )like(

I have been getting through a lot of pickled beetroot recently, actually I have been eating a lot of pickled vegetables in my salads that I take to work for lunch. Pickled button mushrooms are delicious believe it or not (they may be a Polish or Romanian thing but I found them in the supermarket) and I love gherkins and pickled onions.
