Hospital scales are always compleley different, as are the ones in the GP sugery! I always take what they say with a pinch of salt and go by mine which I use regularly (well, weekly).

Good for you, Lucy. You must be so close to your target weight now >fi<

I haven't joined SW but my sister has and did a look up for me. Turns out I've been busting my syns on salads - how ironic!! 1/2 avacado, little tiny harmless drop of oil...

I love avocados, but appreciate they are not slimming! I eat them every now and again though because they are so full of goodness!!

Weigh day today - no change. Was more hoping than expecting this week, having had a couple of bad days plus the avocado revelation. I did the shopping this week, so lots of healthy options available. Maybe this week....

Thanks Freeranger, I am chuffed especially as I am managing to have a few treats as well so I don't feel like I'm 'missing out' - seems to be working well this time round. Let's hope it continues!

A very bad week, this week - a couple of takeaways and VDay, though I was very good the rest of the time! So no loss, but no gain either.
Time to try a bit harder.

No gain again so you are definitely doing something right in between your treats! I think the best way to do this is to allow a few treats otherwise I fail spectacularly! Next week has a big loss just waiting for you on those scales FR! Let's hope Wed WI is kind to me too - bad weekend, full of cold, fibro flare and naughty food!

I know how you feel Freeranger - I have fallen off the wagon the last couple of weeks too. Very thankful I haven't put any back on but frustrating that I can't get my head in gear to just get on with it and lose the rest }hairout{

Can someone please give me a kick up the bum?
Lucy x
