how can I help an 8 year old pet that is top of the pecking order but not to well .

Hi Andy

Sorry to hear about your Hen, I think people would need to know a bit more of the symptoms etc. before making any helpful comments.

8 years old is a very good age, in fact it's an old age for a Chicken, personally I don't think I've heard of a Hen more than 7 years old, but know it happens now and again.

is it just old age do you think?
