Simple cake

Post by wendy »

Hi
Someone put a recipe on for this cake recently. Steve comes to mind.
Anyway I have just cooked it, in a sandwich cake tin, as I don't have a loaf tin
It was really lovely, I put mixed fruit in it.

I did take a photo and tried to put it on photobucket. But got some wretched malwear thingy, from Microsoft ???, threatening to ruin my 'puter unless I ring them.

I may try another time

I made one this afternoon. I used muscavado sugar, sultanas and a heaped tablespoon of malt. Lovely spread with butter. So quick and easy to make. No pic as it was shared with 2 neighbours before even properly cold.
I am now a widow and live with my memories.

)ot: Wendy if you've still got the malware thing, download and run Malwarebytes

https://www.malwarebytes.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Do the free version, no need to pay. Update its database before you run the long full scan. It's great at scrubbing most malware off your system and you can use it in conjunction with your normal antivirus. )t'

If it doesn't work you might have picked up a more tricky, serious infectiopn and may need some other help.

Eset is a good AV )t' The malware process was probably running and that's why you couldn't get rid of it. It's probably a browser thing rather than a proper piece of malware, but run your eset and malwarebytes just to be on the safe side, as these things can be annoyances and can often leave a bit of a hole whereby bigger and nastier viruses (virii?) can get in )t'
