Hi. Just a note . Farmers cull chickens after about 18 months . Reason they stop laying for a period believe 3 months. Now you may have had a egg a day , if the girls are the same age then have stopped to rest for a while . A good suggestion is to have different age hens so they stop at various times .
I think you may have that problem . As long as healthy do not worry.

Hi All, just to let you know the idea of putting mesh in a dog crate and getting air underneath her worked. After 5 days I released her into the run and she has returned to her normal behaviour.
