Those pesky caterpillars!
Those pesky caterpillars! All my attempts to prevent those butterflies laying their eggs were mainly in vain. The blight ears even get through 7mm netting. Any suggestions as to how to organically grow brassicas successfully?
Re: Those pesky caterpillars!Keep squishing and don't go on holiday. If you can rub off the clusters of eggs you won't have to bother about finding the hundreds of caterpillars after they've spread out and hidden.
I gave up on Summer Cauliflower but found the winter maturing sort were more resistant to attack. Dance caller. http://mo-dance-caller.blogspot.co.uk/p/what-i-do.html
