I haven't damp proofed mine, I used Pallets to rest the Shed on, so the floor is about 3" above the base. This leaves sufficient space for air to free flow.

However, should water get underneath, it could soak and seep it's way up through the wood.

A frugal way I guess would be to put thick polystyrene between the shed supports (under the floor) and above the base.

I've had no problems though.
