I made plum jam from some windfalls I got given,but I don't do the traditional saucepan on stove method,but use the microwave instead,so easy least,and so clean,I make marmalade from marmade using this way too,does anybody else do this?

What do you use on the bottom of the run?

I am hoping to pick your brains,what do you put on the bottom of your hen run? we tended to use Bedmax but wondered if there are other products you can use? as it can get a bit messy,or do you anything at all?

Thank you it does taste delicious,but I find because of a lot of moist ingredients, it can be a bit doughy, but it is flexiable and you can add and take away ingredients to taste. :-D :-D
