She is beautiful, Ock. Do you know how big she actually is? I have always been told with butterflies/moths that if you touch their wings a powder comes off and it stops them flying, is that right do you know? just measured her, she`s 3.5 inches across and yes if you touch the wings you rub the scal...

yeah, the human body is lazy and only does what it needs to do, if you lay off running etc your body ditches the muscle etc you`ve built up for doing it so it sets you back miles True, and as they say "use it or loose it". yeah, it take about 30 calories a day to "keep" one poun...

I was at a friends, and thank goodness she knows how to steam vegetables to perfection. I ate more crackers and cheese and chocolate than I should have done, and had one bottle of wine over four days, so hopefully not too much damage. the pupa`s aren`t that big really compared to the size of the moth

the adults will only live a week or so, they have no mouth parts so can`t feed

they come from brackish water but I think if they`re tank bred in fresh water they`ll be alright, they like to be sung to though Helen, helps them settle in )t'
