Buying a new coop is one of the nicest things you will ever do for your new girls, treat them. Old coops could be infested with red mite. Start new and you'll have complete control.

Re: why is one of my hens not laying?Yes, we didnt expect eggs, just wanted to save the lives of the little poppets. We are in the garden so much more! My husband and I escape to the garden with a bottle of wine and a cheese board when the children have gone to bed and let the chooks out! Romantic eh?
