Shaving! For many years, I have used foam or bought shaving oil. I now use extra virgin olive oil for shaving. You can buy a big bottle for a couple of quid and it lasts ages, also, it gives me the closest shave I have ever had.

We used to get dozens of out sized pallets to scrap. There was a guy there who would take two or three pallets at a time home, and make good money, making garden furniture. Just a thought.
