Doing more exercise may mean that your body is retaining water to protect your joints. That would settle down after a while, getting back to losing as normal. It is quite normal but, as Helen says, if it continues after a couple of weeks go & get a check up. Keep us posted

I had never seen them before but this year I have a large pot with tree lilies in for the first time. They are still quite small, nowhere near as large as they should get so I need to stop the beatles from partying there! I don't want to fail in my first attempt!
