Sorry I don't have advice or a solution - just lots of sympathy as one of our dinky CLBs does this too. She's a devil for it In addition of almost-crowing, she has a range of annoyingly loud noises and does them throughout the day. Mine all sleep in the nest box and also all lay in the smal nest box (pooey eggs). I took Perhcy's advice and took out the divider which the girls seem to like. They still lay in the same side of the nest box though!
