Oh you poor thing. A few members of my family have had shingles so I know how ill it makes you My mums 75 and has had the jab but it doesn't stop you from getting shingles as she had it earlier this year but I think it was a milder form.

I really like the shampoo bars, I think they're so easy to use. The one I'm currently using was quite expensive but you don't need to use a conditioner or rinse after as it's all built in the bar and my hair feels really soft after. I'd never go back to shampoo in a bottle again

I'm currently worming my girls with Flub. Does anyone know how this process works? Does it 'expel' any worms they may currently have? I do worm them regularly and they've shown no signs but we've just noticed a poo that looked like it could contain some so I was just wondering!
