Sharp sand, never looked back! Sooo easy to poo pick! I started off with a cat litter scoop to get the poop out, now I use a garden riddle, just use the scoop to hoy any offending items in, shake the riddle, sand falls away, you're left with just the poop!

Chicken legs or chookie chooks, if they're misbehaving (generally they are ) it's the ASBO'S

I can't help with the manky taste but it does sound you're giving far too many treats.

Pellets all day and a mash just before bed is what I give mine.

The occasional left over veg, but I limit it as melon cabbage etc goes straight through them.
