Re: Lots of ParsleyThanks for the no-water tip, that makes life much easier. I've always done it in ice cube trays & it's never crossed my mind to do anything else.
Re: Positive about sorting my weight this time... Linda!
I've stayed the same this week, which is a bit frustrating, but I'm trying to keep in mind that I am still half a stone lighter than I was two weeks ago, so I'm happy with that really. (and I did have lunch out last Sunday)
Re: Patchwork - One for Ali (and anyone else interested)I'm another Kaffe Fassett fan. I have one of his quilting books, and the colours are just stunning, a real visual feast - I've never made anything from it yet, just enjoyed looking at it. I got his autobiography for Christmas, so it's in my pile (have only looked at the pictures so far!)

Re: Lots of ParsleyChopping it ready to use, putting in ice cube trays , topping with water & then freezing works well. Once it's frozen, you can pop the ice cubes into bags and just use as needed.

My friend has lost a similar amount on phase 1. I think it's one of those things where you need to read the book for it to make sense though. I'll let you know how I g...
Re: Positive about sorting my weight this time...I'm officially back on the wagon
A friend told me about The Harcombe Diet - I bought the book & have just finished Phase 1, 7lb lighter than I started :)
Re: why?My bay is the same, just on the windward side.
Re: Anyone tried an eco shower head?We had a free one as well Steve, and had exactly the same experience. BUT ... I passed it on to a friend, who loved it. So, different strokes for different folks I guess.
Re: I'm glad there's no such thing as a stupid questionYou can do whatever you like. I started out with it in a little pot, but now I just scatter a handful or so every now and again. They will take what they need.
Re: A really nice salad
They lasted surprisingly well, especially as it wasn't particularly cold at New Year. I think we put them out at about six, and they were still clinging on by midnight - melting gradually, but they look pretty as they melt.
