H...land and B are a tad expensive! We have no ethnic shops in any of the three towns we shop at, just such a rural area. Even the Polish shop has closed down. Wow, a bench from pallets....it's pretty cool, actually, but I know my neighbors. Bev is right about asking about exercise. Her diet looks good too. Unfortunately, even though you don't eat alot of junk food, if you aren't able to exercise much, even a small amount of junk food will effect you more than someone who can exercise alot.
