H...land and B are a tad expensive! We have no ethnic shops in any of the three towns we shop at, just such a rural area. Even the Polish shop has closed down. Have you tried the world food aisles and places like @sd@ or S@insbury? We have no Sainbury's in the vicinity, and our nearest Asda is very...

Wow, a bench from pallets....it's pretty cool, actually, but I know my neighbors. Wow, a bench from pallets....it's pretty cool, actually, but I know my neighbors. If they saw that in my garden they would offer me a saw to even up the back, or come do it themselves to be helpful~ :-D

Bev is right about asking about exercise. Her diet looks good too. Unfortunately, even though you don't eat alot of junk food, if you aren't able to exercise much, even a small amount of junk food will effect you more than someone who can exercise alot.
