Just can't justify it to myself. I just have taller fences, and make sure there isn't anything for them to jump on and over. As they don't fly as much as jump with wing assistance.
Just seems like you have to disable your pet to keep it. Mine are very much loved pets.

Hi.
I think you need to keep it covered in some way. I have heard, one in the last couple of days, of chickens drowning in ponds, water features even a full bucket. I have a net over my pond.
