Re: Superscrimpersmany thanks paddy graham, i`ll have a watch of those. Did anyone watch the 1940`s hpouse on television, I thought pretty good . I mentioned a new thread in earlier post but where should it go - on the frugal bit or on members chat or somewhere else.
Re: What new clothes do I need..I too very rarely buy new clothes, I`m all for comfort and just feel horribly uncomfortable if I dress up. I live in leggings and jogging trousers and, warm jumpers (really feel the cold) basically anything that does not constrict. Sometimes I wish I was a bit tidier and dressier but it`s not really...
Re: SuperscrimpersI am interested in world war 2 home front, find it fascinating how people coped, they reckon people were a lot healthier with the rationing than today, for all the different foods we have now. I can remember my dad talking about the parties and sing songs. What about a thread on our memories or fami...

Re: Some before and after pics of my Allotmentyou have really put some hard work in there, it looks amazing. the site I had my allotments on did`nt allow sheds or greenhouses which was a shame as everything had to be bought from home every time you visited. Good thing about the site was that it was very well fenced and reasonably secure.
Re: Ageless ComedyLove the Good Life (got the DVD set) still find it funny no matter how much you watch it, also love Dads Army. What about Morecambe and Wise, think they were brilliant.
