Rat of Danish….hmmmm

Post by sandy »

As you know we have Edwina and her son/daughter around every night convinced they are out pets and apart from food at the end of the garden I never encourage them to get close. The son/daughter I have named Iggle Piggle as the tail is exactly like a pigs and has been since it was a cub.
The other night i went down to lock the girls up and there was the biggest rat I had ever seen, dead with a small cut on it's tummy. I had some danishes from the shop and brown bread to give the foxes so I put it down on the side and went to get a dustpan and brush to lose the rat high over the railway embankment. Went I got back Edwina was looking at the rat then looked at the danishes, another look at the rat and then off to grab the a danish and into the bramble to eat it!!!!!!
