Slice a small banana into an individual glass dessert dish. Cover with a thick layer of natural Greek yoghurt. Crumble a generous amount of molasses sugar over the top. Cover tightly with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours. After this time, the molasses sugar will have turned into a thick caramely syrup and oozed all over the top of the yoghurt. Top with chopped pistachios or Brazil nuts and dig in.
