I am now wondering if the pastry is rolled up on the short side, so the box is the height of the pastry. Amazing I can't recall unboxing a week ago lol.
I will be buying more on my next shopping trip, but obviously that'll be after xmas now.
I'll measure it once it's on the board :)

On the Ocadoooo site they have the Jus-Rol Gluten Free pastry as approximately 35x23cm, so just a little bigger than a sheet of A4 paper.

I just noticed this.....
Maybe for this year. It's vegetarian friendly

COURGETTE CHRISTMAS MINCE: Obviously can be reduced.
21/2 lb(1kg) zucchini (courgettes) - small dice
17 oz(500g) raw sugar
21 oz 600g sultanas (you can add mixed peel if you want into that amount)
2 Tbsp coarse marmalade (any flavour will do)
2 Tbsp mixed spice
1 Tbsp ground cloves
3 Tbsp whiskey / brandy / amaretto (pick your poison!)

Pop it in a pan and bring to a boil..turn down to a low boil and leave for about 45 minutes stirring frequently.
Once you get to the gloopy look (hope that’s not too technical for you...I'm joking!!)…take it off the heat and put it into sterilised jars.

I have absolutely no idea, but I saw a couple of things that might help:
https://thankheavens.com.au/2014/12/18/ ... cake-bites" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
which just look nice and are bite-sized (and don't melt! :-D )
But
Dove Farm do a gluten free(e) flour range and there are recipes for gluten-free pastry, cakes and biscuits on their website:
