Yes that looks like it. The model number on the booklet and the front of the machine finishes with an S. Maybe the other 3 letters are on the back somewhere.

This isn't actually the right document for your model, but it has tons of useful information and answers most of your questions, like what does & doesn't work well etc.
I realise from looking at it that I' not using ours to anywhere near its best advantage.
I'll try again to find your document.

Do not use waxed or plastic coated cups or plates as the finish may melt.

Yes indeed.
When I used to supervise a Playgroup I used to do cooking with them. All sit round and weigh ingredients, taking turns to add a spoonful till the scale pan tipped, then take turns mixing etc. My assistant brought her microwave in and we made shortbread. She found a paper plate in the kitchen and decided to cook it on that.

Shortbread with plastic bottom, anyone?

I was thinking about you, Mo when out in town today. Had a look round some of the sales and came across a Panasonic microwave oven, had the grill, convection and microwave. As I was looking down the buttons there was one there with chaos on it. I turned to my husband and said I just knew that would be the one I would be using.

Yes

I don't think you can with mine. And it doesn't give you a choice of temperatures just 1Mcrowave high+oven high
2 Mwave simmer + oven high
3 Simmer + medium

Thanks everyone. Not sure how much wiser I am, I'll experiment.

Did you manage to sort out the temperature settings? I recently replaced my combi oven ... I think I "killed" the old one on New Year's day when trying to roast a piece of pork. I was so impressed with cooking the turkey joint over Christmas in the oven so instead of using the halogen oven to do the pork, I chanced it in the oven - only the pork took a lot longer to cook and a couple of days later, something went wrong (new temperature / settings would pop up on the display even though it was not being used until eventually it stopped working altogether)

Anyway, I bought a new one in the January sales which had £70 off and I had to read the instructions carefully as it had button settings and I thought of you. Instead of pressing the microwave, grill or convection oven button and turning the dial for the settings, I have to keep tapping the relevant button until I reach the one I want. To set the time, I have to tap the "start" button to first set the temperature before setting how long and then "start" again to start it up. To check how the food is cooking, I simply open the door by the handle and to carry on cooking, press "start" again.

I think my old one was on its way out anyway because the new one more or less has the same specifications and food cooks so much quicker so it is as well it died when the sales were on )t'

I'm not using the oven part much.
A friend who volunteers in a repair café told me that the membrane that works the touch screen of the old one could be replaced quite cheaply (not counting the cost of labour and travel of course). Wonder if anyone on Freecycle would want it.

maybe your new one has a higher rating (watts? or wattever)

I don't know if this would help (because you can enlarge the document for easy reading)
https://www.panasonic.eu/downloads/en_GB/popup.html

If you then put in NNGD371S in the first search button and click on the blue arrow.

Click on the first document that comes up and that should be your oven. You click on the agree button and it will let you view it.

Now if you click on the right hand button of your mouse it will bring up another window find save and it will let you save it to wherever on your computer.

Well I've only used it as a microwave recently. Last time I tried the Combi there was a horrid smell of scorching so I turned it off quick. One of the plastic covers (like the light cover but not) on the inside has scorch marks.
The microwave works OK though.
