GOAL !!!

I am down to 9 st 3lb. Which is what I like to be. But have battled since well before Christmas, with numerous diets I will add :?
Since 1st June I have lost 6lb. I do believe I have found a way of eating I can now live with and not once have I felt hungry or deprived at all.
Thank you LBF for introducing me to it. {hug} {hug} {hug}
I have realised that I have a food allergy to bread and have always suffered with Candida. Now I am not fuelling either, the weight has come off easy.

Congratulations Wendy! Well done! )t'
What sort of diet are you doing? Problem with most diets is they only work while you stick to them, but very few are suitable to stick to lifelong! :?

I've lost 6lbs in 10days and found it easy too! Long may it last! >fi<

It doesn't seem like a diet.
It is the Harcombe Diet.

Iv maintained this wk im a bit dissapointed as its only wk2, but iv had 2 new lots of meds from my doc and have felt really rough all wk.
Anyhow at one time i would have been really down and missed the meeting and thought begger it, but im going to try real hard this wk and not be beaten

On a better note our Jo transfered to my group and she hasnt been able to go for a couple of weeks and she thought she'd gain about 3lb.
Happily she has actually lost 1.5 only half a lb off her stone award so hopefully get that next wk, although shes off to The Great Yorkshire Show overnight so we will see what happens >fi< :-D Lindaxx

Being an ex SW Consultant, there is usually a reason for maintaining! Most common, especially when you are new to SW
*underestimating syn values. Make sure you look everything up and weigh it!
*healthy extras are also a common stumbling point! Again, measure and weigh!
*most importantly, it is vital you make sure you fill 1/3 of your plate with superfoods with every meal! The more you can fit in, the better your losses will be!

When you read about all those success stories in magazines, like people who have lost something like 8st in a year for example, those members usually stuck to it like a religion and generally their portions were of "normal" size!
Make sure you eat regularly! Skipping meals slows your metabolism!
Personally, I believe it should be pointed out by Consultants that everything in moderation will give you the best results!
Maintaining is not a bad thing, especially as your weight can naturally fluctuate by about 5lb in a single day!
>gl< for next week!

Down from 11 stone in January to nearly 8 and a half stone. Just 2lb to go.
Loving the 5/2 diet. (And all the veg from the allotment)
