TBH I still know I'll have to have a knee replacement some time soon so it's been a really good motivator. My brother has been doing the same thing for a couple of years now and he's lost ten stone!! However he goes running a lot now which I think really helps and men can just eat more! I cant let him succeed and me fail :-D

Thing is even if you lose it really slowly at least you're losing and not putting it on - I can easily put a stone on in a few months if I dont eat well and that's what I want to avoid in future )t'

I'm a bit slilmmer now Kate but I've only lost about 10lbs since then. I had to maintain my weight for 3 months as part of the weight loss thing I'm doing (just to prove I could do it because most people always put the weight back on) :-D

You have achieved what most people never can, and done without following extreme plans that can never really be adapted to normal life once a diet is finished - well done :-D

Just written a post for here and lost it. Well done Perchy. I have lost again so pleased and a bit more incentive for the new week. Have been eating WW ready meals since I started but now want to start cooking my meals from scratch and know what is going into them. Done a menu for this week and looking forward to something different.
