That sounds really positive Freeranger {hug}

I had really heading upwards a year ago, and got a grip and lost what I needed to. Then I went on holiday {rofwl} Trouble is, I tend to find it hard to get back to it! Anyway, I lost it when I had the heating done in November, partly stress, partly as I had no cooker and partly no energy. Then it was Christmas }hairout{

I am still eating for seven, and am now panicking at my weight, needing to lose around half a stone, but have it in mind to get back on the straight and narrow very soon!

This week has been a disaster - too much team building with the new work colleagues, and very limited food options at work. Will have to get organised and take diet things with me.

Hi Freeranger and folks well i have lost a stone in just over4 weeks and although its probably due to me getting cellulitis on the 20thfebruary and spending 19 days in hospital i am turning it into a possitive step on my weightloss campaign. :-D

That weight has gone and im not putting it back on
one thingabout hospitals is that meals are set at regular times which i have not done at home.
I enjoyed my breakfast which i usually skip at home but have mainly had 2 weetabox or toast and jam in hospital it was bread and jam which i would not have eaten at home but do now

Talking of jam aldidls strawberry conserveis lovely on toast and also i sometimes stir a bit into my natural grrek yogurt very morrish
How is every one else doing )t'

Hi Linda )wav( Really nice to hear from you again, but so sorry that you've had to be in hospital.

As you say, there's a silver lining to your cloud! I'd just been reading some of the SW success stories, and one thing many people had in common was that they didn't used to eat breakfast - you're following a long line of successful slimmers.

I've been following a no or low carb diet and lost a lot pretty quickly, with long, shallow steps down since then (long time no change than small drops). I'm the lightest I've been so far this time around, and wanting to keep going.
