I was just about to ask how you were getting on Linda!
Good on you to get back on track! It's not easy though once you've had a "break" is it? :?

Thank Red {hug} at one time i wouldnt have gone back after putting that lot on, id have thought oh i'll get it off myself and then join again but it dosn't work, does it

We've had a lot of worries with one of our sons health, and tbh my mind hasn't been on it, but that wasn't doing me any good and i got a bit off a shock with my BP.
I don't know if worrying can raise it, but at my diabetic appointment the bottom number had come down a bit so my nurse was pleased with that :-D Lindaxx
And then there was one, Again!!!!

Well done everyone! Perchy, you look fabulous! I am still fasting - weight is not dropping off but very slowly I am down by about 10lb or so. Long way to go but there is no rush - it took years to put on so will come off slowly too!
No girls at the moment but look forward to getting more in the future. Proud mummy to Hector, a Bedlington Terrier x Jack Russell
