Jemberelli - don’t give up!! Honestly I was absolutely awful to begin with and do nearly gave up myself! I’m just so pleased I didn’t!

I can remember your first granny squares and then the socks. What brilliant progress you have made since then. Puts me at least to shame that I don't have the patience any more.
I am attempting water colour painting as something new. The trouble with me is that I want to be brilliant instantly and if I'm not, think I'm no good so give up.

Yes, I will never forget my first granny squares {rofwl} It was a miracle that I kept trying, but I’m glad that I did!

I would love to go to art classes June. I used to dabble, but haven’t for many years! To be honest , I wasn’t too good at it either! I was chatting to a lady on Facebook who draws/paints, as she said I should draw something every day, no matter how basic, and will notice results
