Pen & wash tryout

Post by albertajune »

I thought I would have a go at a pen & wash picture. Painted from a photo of Port Isaac in Cornwall. Not the best but has got me started.

Everything really June.
My favourites are Native American Indians. But now I haven't any room left on walls.
So I am doing small pictures or cards for different charities.

Did you take the photo? A nice reminder if it's somewhere you've been to.

No Mo I didn't take this photo but was attracted to it as we spent holidays in the area so know it fairly well.

June, stop finding faults, no one else will notice them. Get it signed, buy a frame from a charity shop if you haven't already got one, and hang it on the wall. Better still, paint some more and sell them. :-D

I agree with MQ, although I would have said, "stop nit picking", meant in a very, very nice way though.
You are doing something that many, many people would not even consider attempting, including me, so a HUGE well done, June. I am envy}}
