This is my latest way of keeping busy. Had so much wool given to me when I came out of hospital that I have to now find a way to use it, other than large items that my fingers won't let me do. For some reason when you click on the picture it comes up very big.

They look great. Where will they go?
Reminds me of the toys my husbands grandmother used to make, she used to put a table at her front door which was a couple of houses down from Beverley Minster and sold them in aid of the choir (for new robes at first). People came past from all over the world, and some of them kept in touch, which pleased her. She lived to 102 but her sight deteriorated, which was sad as her main interests were cooking and sewing / knitting.

No idea yet Mo. Have sent bigger dolls and rabbits to gr grandchildren and will probably give these and others to a charity shop, if they will take them. In the meantime, keep knitting !

Well done June! You are always so busy with crafts.

I have had to give up knitting, sadly, due to what is now thought to be polymyalgia.

A friend came today for me to sign a leaving card, and I gathered up all my wool for her. End of an era!
