I liketo watch programs that are connected to some sort of crafting. I am however being put off by unfunny so called comic presenters.
My pleasure of watching the bake off programs is turning to annoyance having to watch Noel Fielding doing really stupid things. I am now watching the great brit ish sewing bee to have Joe Lycett doing exactly the same silly things. Both of these presenters are not off the cuff funny but well rehearsed with silly props.
For some reason the producers think we watch these programs to have a so called laugh. I watch to see the skills of the contestants . Even some of these in the sewing bee are being chosen because they are extroverts rather than for their skills so I may not carry on watching .
I am now a widow and live with my memories.
Generally June, the so called humour on the TV is absolute rubbish. When I am obliged to sit through trailer adverts for some of the programmes I wonder how on earth people can laugh at such childish rubbish. Better not name names, but really!
