Hi from (not so) sunny Cleveland!
Hi from (not so) sunny Cleveland!Hello there! I have been lurking for a while, finding loads of useful information in the 'chicken' forum & decided that I should stop hiding my lovely girls away & say hi to you all & share a few piccies (I understand the naughty step looms if I don't show pics!) - just hope I do it right!
I have had my chooks since May and can barely remember life without them! Bea (Buff Orpington) rules the roost, hence the name (She is large, ginger & top dog of Prisoner Chook Block H). Nugget (another Buff), named by my fiance - I wouldn't let him have Paxo so Nugget was a compromise and she has turned out to be a bit of a daft nugget! Dotty & Opa (Copper Moran) - long story on the names but I think they're kind of cute! Dotty is the nosiest, most sociable of them & Opa is her shadow. Dotty & Opa Bea watching Dotty making herself at home in a plant pot! Nugget & Bea having a rest from anihilating the garden! The run, almost done (all finished now, just no up-to-date pics) Anyway, that's me. well, that's my girls anyway! Looking forward to reading more & more - it's a fantastic forum! No girls at the moment but look forward to getting more in the future. Proud mummy to Hector, a Bedlington Terrier x Jack Russell
