Hi Steve

Welcome to the forum :-D

You don't need to provide heating for them. Just make sure they are out of any draughts and have somewhere cosy to snuggle up or perch. They have their own feather duvets and generally cope better with the cold weather than the hot. If they get a bit chilly, they just snuggle up together )t'

Warm welcome from us too :-D

We wondered about how would they keep warm in the cold, but you'll actually see that chookies are very warm little creatures.

I've noticed on nights when it's going to be cold, our girls snuggle up together - see they're little weather forecasters as well as everything else! :-D

The only thing I would add, apart from putting hot water bottles in their bedding and a small childs duvet to cover them, joking {rofwl} is make sure their combs don't get frost bite. I have vase lined my girls combs today as it was so cold tonight my fingers went numb while poo picking with 2 pair of gloves on yike* Guess your girls are Point-of-Lay so they will have teeny weeny combs at the mo?
