Hopefully get the New run started this weekend now the hedge has gone .

I cant believe my luck my neighbor was taking down his shed to day so i have loads of free timber to use for the New hen house

What a bonus! My Daughter has just moved into a new house and doesnt want the shed the previous owners have left behind so im keeping my fingers crossed !

I find it hilarious how excited we all get over wood and nails (especially free) : all because we want our girls to have the best and be safe and sound:

Glad you got your new girls, they all look very happy together. I think most chicken keepers will agree you never stop tweaking their home....usually making it bigger, taller etc! I don't have any ex bats just now but they do have big personality's and it is surprising how trusting they are. Look forward to following your chicken journey!
