The ones I put in the freezer are whisked befrore freezing. The texture is not quite thew same but they are OK for baking, or omlet.

Not that there are any left in the freezer - come on hens 'lay a little egg for me'.

not shure about the frozen ones,
but im gonna have to get a free range eggs singh up out side the house at the moment im giving away three dozen eggs a week i
don't know who's softer me or the eggs?

just spotted this one, put this bit on ^first eggs^ Abby started laying yesterday, first egg huge and white and frosty looking, this mornings white again(she is brown) looks like a bit of shell has been scraped off and huge again.....
