First eggs

Post by liamp »

Just to let everyone know!! We had our first eggs(2) yesterday and another this morning. What an AMAZING feeling when i opened up the house and WOW :-D . My partner Louise wondered what was going on when i came charging down the garden path. Then started singing in the kitchen! (Out of tune). And i have to say how delicious it was too!

So 3 and counting!! HOW EXCITING!!!!

Happy new year to everyone,

Liam and Louise

Well done, Abby produced her first one new years eve, it had a bit of blood on it and a strange frosty looking white shell (she is a ranger) but she was okay, this morning another weird looking egg that looked like a bit of shell had tried to be scraped off? What is so strange is they are huge...Alice started off with little eggs then they grew but Abby^s new ones are bigger than Alice^s recent eggs...Happy New Year to you all.. and enjoy those eggs.. :-D

Yes, it sounds as if the shell was only half formed so not enough pigment.
